What began as a simple frustration became a mission to transform property management. As successful residential real estate sales professionals, we repeatedly faced the same challenge—our clients would purchase investment properties, and we'd refer them to property managers who would then disappear into a void of unresponsiveness. After searching fruitlessly for reliable property managers who delivered the level of service our clients deserved, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
"If we can't find it, we'll build it," became our rallying cry.
Our property management division was born from a simple belief: real estate investors shouldn't have to sacrifice their time and peace of mind to protect their investments. We knew our sales clients deserved the same exceptional service in property management that they received during the purchase process. They needed a partner who would allow them to focus on their priorities while their real estate investments were professionally managed.
What we didn't expect was how quickly our approach would resonate. Our growth exceeded our projections, confirming what we suspected—there was a genuine need for property management grounded in clarity, transparency, fairness, responsiveness, knowledge, and honesty. And yes, even a bit of fun along the way.
Our sales background gave us a distinct advantage. While traditional property management companies focused primarily on maintenance and rent collection, we brought a sophisticated marketing infrastructure.
